My name is Ryan Davies and I have been practicing law in Southern California for more than 12 years.  My focus is on bankruptcy and tax strategies for individuals, entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Until 2005 I worked with a large, 40+ attorney law firm in Orange County’s financial center.  The time I spent in the large-firm environment gave me the experience of handling complex and sophisticated financial transactions with confidence and competence, and also helped me see what I wanted to provide to clients when I started my own firm – large firm legal experience, but with the kind of service and attention only a small boutique firm like Davies Law Corporation can provide.

I  provide bankruptcy services for the southern California communities of Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Beach, Laguna Woods, Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, San Clemente, Irvine, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach, Tustin and Santa Ana.
